Basic Session Includes

3 Hour Minimum

  • Hands-on home organizing with one professional

  • Full-service decluttering, sorting, and item placement

  • Set up of basic systems using existing containers

  • Onsite product recommendations

  • General layout/flow optimization and zone setup

  • One carload of donations loaded into your vehicle

  • Coaching guidance on what to keep, toss, or donate

  • Optional time-lapse video or before and after photos to track progress and keep the motivation (with client consent, of course)

  • Summary of session and maintenence plan to stay on track

Pricing will be based on "labor hours." I'll build you a custom project proposal with add-on services available

Donation & disposal support starts at $20/load. Additional fees may apply depending on location or volume. Cost of disposing trash will be added.

Disposal support starts at $150/load. Additional fees apply per item depending on weight, difficulty, stairs, and if disassembly is required. Cost of disposing trash will be added.
